amazing central stay!

i really enjoyed the excellent room. it had a good size and nice modern decoration. the front desk provided good and helpful service. the large bathroom was a bonus. i really felt pampered in that space.
the staff was not as qualified as i had anticipated. breakfast had very few options for a five star hotel. i had to ask for a waiter to come to my table.

the staff were very polite and helpful at all times i found the hotel to be very luxurious the breakfast had good variety and high quality the rooms were spacious and clean a king room with burj khalifa view was great. the location is excellent it is very close to the mall and the burj.
the third bed in the room was not great for three people in the room.

this hotel is close to several main attractions the hotel is near a central metro station i found it easy to walk to the mall and other nearby places the surrounding area is very accessible.

The hotel location is convenient (a definite plus for exploring). The staff members were helpful. They quickly addressed requests. I especially enjoyed the suite. It provided ample space. Housekeeping maintained a high cleanliness standard throughout my stay.
The minibar was not always promptly restocked.

The fitness center has five treadmills plus three stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. The hotel also provided complimentary shuttle service to the main shopping centers.

the location is DEFINITELY convenient. it is close to the fantastic Dubai Mall. The staff allowed us late checkout, and they stored our luggage. our flight was at night.
i found the service not worthy of 5 stars. the body lotion in the room was empty when we arrived. we asked for the bottle to be filled. a chair was missing by the makeup mirror area. i asked for a chair, but they brought me a baby chair.

the hotel is close to the mall. it is easily accessible within a short walk (most of the walk is on moving walkways on a covered bridge). valet service was reliable and fast.
light switches in rooms were a bit confusing to use. it took about five minutes for the shower water to get hot. i detected a slight sewer smell in the bathroom.
